Why people love the Buzz Bar

 We found out about this place via a Facebook post, and we’re so glad we did! It is run by 2 fantastic Australian business women who genuinely LOVE and know their customers. They have nearly 70 different varieties of beer from lots of different countries all across the globe🍻. They also have many spirits, soft drinks & Helen makes great punch and cocktails! 🤤 Inside is beautiful - they have games you can play (cards against humanity, monopoly, Yahtzee, cards, and more), and jigsaw puzzles to complete, and they like all their customers to write on their wall at the back. They play music and are looking at putting sports on their TV. The drinks are all very low prices too. We took part in their weekly trivia night (Thursday 7pm) which was soo much fun, and their Oktoberfest (pay €10 and drink all the beer you can for 1 hour). They also host many other events. 😂 Helen and Cecily are super friendly and so are the regular customers. They welcomed us into their little tribe! It’s a great little bar if you’re looking to meet new people in the area and have a blooming good drink! We’ll be back! 🫶🏼 

 What an amazing little bar. I went for one day, have been every day since. Amazing people to meet, 68 beers to choose from at good prices, plus the rest, and non alcoholic ones, trivia nights, potlucks, a totally chill place, go alone and leave as friends!!!!! 

 Awe, I love the Buzz bar and the new owners who have taken it over from when it used to be Dick & Devils. I joined for one of their regular pub trivia nights, which they have every Thursday, it was such fun everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves, the owners Cecily and Helen are just the most lovely warm and welcoming people. Being a business owner in Sarande, I know how important it is to create a safe and friendly environment for your patrons and I'm so happy these ladies have taken over this bar, they bring a ray of sunshine and community spirit to the place. I wish them all the best in their dream of running a bar in Sarande. 

Love this Expats bar. It’s the best beer selection you will find in Albania! The 2 Aussie woman that own the place are great. There is a steady stream of people from all over the world coming through. They have only been open a couple of months, but will be adding American sports and will stay open as long as people are drinking. Also, they have a small kitchen and often have food, though there is currently no menu. If you are in Sarande, go there! 

 I’ve been in The Buzz Bar several times since they recently opened. Each time I end up having some fantastic food, good beer, and amazing conversations with expats from around the world. The owners are very kind and make you feel very welcome. As someone who is new to Saranda - this place has made me feel at home. Whether you are a local or just passing through, I would highly suggest stopping in for a drink and making some new friends. 

 Great little bar run by great people, wide selection of beers and other drinks, if you are a regular they do their best to cater for your preferences (if they don't have your drink they will probably get it in for you).  If you are struggling to find them, go up the blue stairs and down the alley
